SOLV Holdings, a multi-room conferencing space in Fort Wayne, IN, needed high-quality audio and video for each of its spaces, prioritizing aesthetics and intuitive control.
Without an on-staff IT person, all solutions needed to be reliable and easy to use.

To deliver the most seamless and user-friendly experience, we integrated a Q-SYS system that allows for central control of all three spaces—meaning they can all be controlled with one touchscreen device.
The Q-SYS system is designed for networking environments, offering easy integration and scalability. As their space grows or technology evolves, the system can evolve with it.
Suspended mic arrays gave us the coverage we needed, without disrupting the design. Since these are presentation-focused spaces, the technology needed to do its job without adding distractions or visual interruptions. Arranged in an array to create “beams” that focus on certain areas of the room, the microphones pick up the voices of presenters while minimizing unwanted background noise from outside of the space.
“Steerable coverage” allows the operator to precisely aim the beam to focus on specific areas or individuals, all from a single device.

On top of quality audio and video, the client requested a dropdown TV that could lower to eye level and retract out of the way when not in use.
Not only did we achieve this, but we also integrated a BrightSign Networked Media player to rotate artwork or display the company's logo across multiple screens when the TV was not in use. To prioritize aesthetics even more, we intentionally designed each space’s acoustic paneling with printed artwork to compliment the unique décor of all three spaces.
