From leading choirs, orchestras, and big band jazz ensembles to managing full-scale stage productions, Rick brings a deep understanding of how sound, lighting, video, and acoustics come together in live environments. He specializes in identifying pain points and designing solutions that match the space, budget, and team, from the stage to the booth. His passion lies in acoustics first, ensuring the room sounds right before layering in the technology that enhances it.

Rick has led projects like the 1,400-seat North Hills Church auditorium, delivering a fully integrated Meyer surround system with custom acoustical treatment that exceeded expectations. As a Certified Church Consultant with decades of experience and a deep love for music and ministry, Rick doesn’t just spec systems; he designs environments that serve people well and grow with them over time.
