With two decades in the AVL world, Joshua is the guy you want when big dreams need boots-on-the-ground execution. He’s worked everywhere from TV studios to post-production houses, and he’s led everything from multi-campus church builds to national conferences. Translation: he knows how to bring vision to life—and how to keep the process running smoothly from day one to done.

He’s especially proud of managing the ACT LIKE MEN conference, a multi-city tour with complex production demands, and his ongoing partnership with The Summit Church, where he’s helped design and build systems across multiple campuses. Those long-term relationships? That’s what fuels him.
