After nearly two decades in ministry, Dax made the shift from serving one church to supporting many. With 18 years of experience as a media director, technical director, and Creative Arts Pastor across multisite campuses, he understands what churches actually need—because he’s been there. His transition into AV integration was fueled by a passion to help churches think smarter about their tech, not just spend more on it.

Dax’s real-world expertise spans everything from live production and storytelling to launching new campuses and managing major building projects. He’s led volunteer teams, overseen large creative budgets, and built spaces that support ministry without getting in the way of it.

He’s a firm believer that gear alone isn’t the solution—strategy is. Dax helps clients maximize what they already have before making big investments and knows how to pinpoint overlooked opportunities (like bad lighting plans) that make or break a broadcast.
