Daryl’s journey to the AV world started on stage—as a professional musician with a deep fascination for what made great sound. That passion eventually moved him behind the console, mixing audio for bands, fine-tuning theater shows, and learning from some of the best engineers in the business.

From his early days under the mentorship of Albert Leccese at Audio Analysts to co-owning a successful design/build firm, Daryl has built a career around both artistry and precision. He’s worked across nearly every aspect of AV, from FOH engineer and chief audio for a 14,000-member church, to system designer and team leader on some of the industry’s most complex projects.

His favorite challenge to solve? Helping clients understand how to align AV investment with real operational goals—so the technology disappears and the message shines through.
