From your very first point of contact with your CSD Project Manager, to your first service using the new AVL system, your project will go through a variety of phases. Each phase is important, and each phase affects the next one.

A successful project requires excellence in each phase.

Unlike most companies, when you work with CSD you will be working with the same team members throughout the entire project. Even though some projects span several years - the person you begin to talk to will be the same one standing with you on that first Sunday morning using your system for the very first time.

During the planning phase, we will work with you as you fill out your New Church Profile. Your Project Manager can email this form to you. It is critical that the people who actually use the AVL system are involved in this process. (You should definitely include the worship leader and the technical director at minimum.)

This easy to complete questionnaire helps us get to know you and your church, and learn how the AVL system needs to be configured to best help you do ministry. With our vast experience working with churches, we have developed questions that will help us define what type of system you need. The Profile is easy to fill out with drop down menus, and check mark boxes. As you and your team work through this document, it will help us begin the process of developing an equipment list, budget and final design of your custom system.
