PLAN
Once an equipment list and budget has been approved, your system will be
turned into a full set of construction documents by our in-house Engineering
department. We can easily interface with your architect to receive the CAD
files and begin to translate your new AVL system into construction drawings.
You will receive a full set of plans from us that outline requirements for
conduit, electrical, and structural loads. We will let you know the heat
load (BTUs) of any equipment racks that will need special cooling such as
amplifier or dimmer racks. Acoustical analysis of the worship space as well
as final placement and aiming of the loudspeaker system is also done at this
time. Recommendations for acoustical wall and/or ceiling treatments, room
shaping, and sight lines are also given during this time. A full suite of
design services for audio, video, lighting & acoustics is available to you.
These design documents are critical to the success of your project as they
are needed by your General Contractor and Electrical Contractor. Along with
the infrastructure specifications, a detailed Division of Labor is also
listed so everyone knows exactly which contractors are responsible for every
aspect of the AVL system.
